I’ll let you in on a little secret. Fondant cakes are a lot of work! It was fun, sure, but my cake is far from perfect. HOPEFULLY it tastes good. That’s what counts… right? I tinted the filling blue so there is a patriotic surprise when it is sliced. Yum!
